PTA Membership/Directory Sign Up
You can now sign up for the PTA and input your directory information at the same time. In addition, you can now pay for your PTA Membership on-line!
For security and accuracy reasons, you MUST submit your information every year. We do not take the directory information from the school.

Let us know how you would like to help out. Click here. Sign up to enter your volunteer information on-line coming the first week of school. In an effort to save paper the Volunteer Opportunity Guide is now on-line. Click on one of these links English Spanish to download.
Please complete a new or renewal DISD application for the 2010-11 year, at https://www.dallasisd.org/partners/volreg_form.cfm (be sure to scroll down). It takes just minutes and is required by DISD. The confirmation sheet must be printed and returned to the school, before you can volunteer. This is in addition to the Lakewood volunteer sign-up sheets.
